YAY! I’m so excited you’re thinking of hiring me as your wedding photographer!! Below is an explanation of my current wedding packages. If you have a unique request, I am more than willing to work with you to meet your needs and/or budget. For links to full wedding galleries, please contact me and I’ll send it on over for ya! Also, all packages include the following:
- A meeting or phone call (location/schedule permitting) with me before the wedding to discuss the flow of the days’ events and additional details.
- All photos professionally edited and enhanced in a private, online gallery. An 8 hour wedding can render anywhere from 800 to over 1,500 images.
- All edited photos will be burned to a flash drive and sent in a keepsake case
- A print release for you to make as many copies and prints as you want! Or an album, calendar, coffee mug…..whatever you like!
- If your package includes an engagement session, all edited photos will be uploaded to an online gallery for you to review before being burned to a flash drive and sent to you with a print release.
Package 1, $4,500 – 8 hours of coverage with 2 photographers, engagement session, 12×12, 20-page spread (40 pages) flush-mount album. Comes with a standard black leather cover, but cover upgrades as well as other personalizations are available*
Package 2, $3,900 – 8 hours of coverage with 2 photographers, engagement session*
Package 3, $3,500 – 8 hours of coverage with 2 photographers*
Package 4, $3,100 – 8 hours of coverage with 1 photographer, engagement session
Package 5, $2,700 – 8 hours of coverage with 1 photographer
* I use a few trusted 2nd photographers, but due to their other full time work schedules, I can only offer Packages 1-3 for Saturday and Sunday weddings. Friday couples, please don’t be bummed! I have shot plenty of weddings on my own and can offer alternative recommendations to make sure nothing gets missed.
Add-Ons: May be added to any of the above packages or purchased at a later date
- Additional hours: $250
- Engagement Session: $500 (includes full flash drive of edited photos with print release)
- 2nd Photographer: $400 for 4 hours of coverage and $800 for 8 hours of coverage
- 12×12, 20-page spread (40 pages), flush-mount album. Comes with a standard black leather cover, but cover upgrades as well as other personalizations are available: $700
- 8×8, 15-page spread (30 pages), flush mount album (ideal for engagement, guest book or parent album): $600
PLEASE NOTE: If you decide to move forward with hiring me as your photographer, a 30% non-refundable security deposit will be required along with a signed copy of the contract to reserve the date. An additional 40% will be due halfway to the wedding date and then the remaining balance is due two weeks before the wedding. Check or cash is the preferred method of payment, but I will accept VISA or MasterCard (a 5% transaction fee applies to each credit card transactions). As far as travel fees go, I require a hotel room for any weddings that are located significantly more than 90 minutes away from my home in Havre de Grace, MD. For weddings that are 3+ more hours away, additional travel charges may apply. Prices are subject to change at any time, but are locked-in once the contract is signed. For engagement sessions, locations must be within 80 miles round trip from my home in Havre de Grace, MD. I will certainly do a further location, but $50 travel fee will be applied to compensate for additional time and travel costs.
