Hi everyone and welcome to my blog/website! Below, my blog is organized by most recent work first, but if you click on the “Blog Categories” menu item, you’ll be able to navigate to the type of photography that most interests you: weddings, family, maternity, etc. In those categories, you will find more photos from weddings I have photographed or photoshoots I’ve done. And as always, I can send you full wedding galleries from my weddings so you can see a wedding shot beginning to end. Just shoot me an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to see more samples!
Boho Wedding at Chesapeake Bay Beach Club | Amanda and Nchewi – With views of the water and the Chesapeake Bay Bridge, Amanda and Nchewi were married at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club on the deck of the Sunset Ballroom. Although there was talk of an impending hurricane, the weather was cool with a slight wind that eventually calmed down in time for the exchanging of vows. The groom was escorted by their 2-year-old son and the bride walked down the aisle with her father to the upbeat song, “I Got You,” by Duke Dumont! And despite a scare where a groomsman fainted, the ceremony went beautifully with smiles and tears throughout. After their first dance, I was able to sneak the couple away at dusk for some pretty spectacular sunset portraits. Then following dinner, the groom’s Nigerian family performed a traditional ceremony that kicked off the dancing and the night’s festivities. Such a fun wedding and a beautiful couple!

Pasadena Maryland Wedding | Sherie and Colin – I’ve shot at Celebrations at the Bay in Pasadena, MD many times, but this is the first time the sky opened up an downpoured before the ceremony. But luck seems to always be on my side and it cleared up in plenty of time to wipe off the chairs and seat their smiling guests. Even if it hadn’t stopped raining, the love radiating from this couple would shed light on any stressful situation. After their engagement session, I knew they were going to be a blast to photograph on their wedding day and I was not disappointed J So much fun, these two and I had such a good time documenting their fabulous wedding. Congrats and thank you for choosing me to be your photographer!!
Such a sweet father’s 1st look
…….and now the groom’s 1st look
White Clay Creek Country Club Wedding | Francesca and Ryan – I’ve been anticipating this wedding for quite a while. The first reason, Francesca (the bride) hired me two years before her wedding date which is the longest wait time I’ve ever had, lol! Talk about being on the ball!!!! The other reason, the reception venue White Clay Creek Country Club is where my husband and I were married almost 9 years ago!!!! I’ve been anxiously awaiting to shoot a wedding here and when Francesca signed me, I’ve been counting the days!!! The lighting for both the ceremony (held at St. Anthony’s of Padua Church in Wilmington, DE) and reception is unreal; seriously beautiful! I love natural light and when it’s as soft and even as this wedding’s, it truly makes my day J
Maryland Boudoir Photographer – I honestly don’t know what to write for this blog post because these photos leave me speechless. I mean WOW!!! I don’t get asked to do boudoir shoots that often, but when I do, I am all in!! I do tons of research with my new friend Instagram (haha) and reading erotic, romance novels. This is not a joke, I really do this! And clearly, it worked! This shoot has been a year and a half in the making and after all the primping and planning, it has surely paid off with some of the most beautiful and sexiest images I’ve ever captured. This sexy little vixen is gorgeous and her groom-to-be has a hot surprise coming his way!!! Aaahhhh, I love boudoir!!
Firs Year Baby Portraits | The Spangler Family – Yesterday, we braved the cold for this little Mousketeer’s birthday photos and what a trooper he was!! Such a sweetheart Holly and Ryan were a wedding couple of mine a few years ago and I was tickled pink when they contacted me for their little guy’s newborn photos, but even more excited when they asked me to photograph his one-year milestone! I love the relationships I create with my couples and it is such an honor to be asked to document their growing families!! I seriously have the best job in the world
