WORSELL MANOR WEDDING | REBECCA AND FRANK – I’m becoming a little bit of a workaholic these days and working (editing) on a weekend I actually have off (not shooting a wedding). Such is the life of a wedding photographer/slash mom 😛 I don’t have a lot of time to write much, but I will say this rustic wedding of Rebecca and Franks at Worsell Manor in Warwick, MD was jam-packed with excitement, unique touches and lots of love! One of my favorite parts of this wedding was when Rebecca surprised Frank with their dog Lola coming down the aisle ☺ So sweet!!
THE ROYER HOUSE WEDDING | ASHLEIGH AND PAT – I am in the throws of time-consuming editing as I am wrapping up this insanely busy wedding season. Every year, I tell myself it’s not going to be as busy as last year and every year …..I am SO WRONG! It doesn’t help that we’re having a house built, I’m doing more freelance work and Logan is in travel soccer, but crazy busy is just how “we do” 😛 But only three more weddings until a much needed long break which I am sure I will need to get settled into our house. EEK, can’t wait! Anyways, enough about my insane life. Ashleigh and Pat’s super fun wedding at The Royer House in Westminster was a blast and I have the photos to prove it. Enjoy!!
SPRING HILL MANOR WEDDING | VERONICA AND CONNOR – I wish I had time to write witty blog post about this super fun wedding I shot at the quaint location of Spring Hill Manor in Rising Sun, MD, but it’s the middle of the busy wedding editing season and I’m super pressed for time and just trying to check things off my ever-growing “To Do” list, haha! Veronica and Connor were a complete joy to work with and both my 2nd shooter, Jamal Lawson, and I had a blast capturing their memoriesEnjoy and cheers to all of you checking off items on your “To Do” list, lol! And keep an eye out for some other wedding blog posts with equally short write-ups. It is what it is……can I clone myself help me get work done!!??
OH, before I close, I want to give a shout-out to Ashley Habeck of A Golden Fox Production who was the videographer and was phenomenal to work with! Here is a sneak peek from the footage she shot at the wedding! https://vimeo.com/234371520

NONANTUM FARMS WEDDINGS | ERIKA AND BILL – My beautiful couple, Erika and Bill, got married at Nonantum Farms in Landenburg, PA. But before venturing to this little gem, I met up with them separately for their prep photos where they slammed down their liquor of choice. Jack Daniels for her and tequila for him See photos below ☺
I arrived at Nonantum before the couple and when I entered the barn, my breath was taken away by all the rustic goodness! The expansive barn was decked out in twinkle lights and the long tables were adorned with tons of greenery. The guests found their tables via drink tags that they hung on their personalized Mason jars. Everywhere I turned, I was met with unique craftiness and I went to town on their detail photos which is always one of my favorite parts of shooting weddings, eek!!
But aside from the handmade decorations, the truly best part of this wedding was their energetic guests who couldn’t wait for dinner to be over before the dance floor was filled!! Everywhere I turned, something was happening that was photograph worthy and before I knew it, my time shooting had flown by. This was such a fun wedding and sorting through these photos had me chuckling and grinning ear-to-ear…..which is exactly what I wish for Erika and Bill every time they look at their images. Congratulations you two crazy kids!! You certainly know how to throw one hell of a party and I’m so glad I was invited to cover it!!!!

PENNSYLVANIA WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER | BATTLEFIELD BED AND BREAKFAST WEDDING – This was my first time shooting at the Battlefield Bed and Breakfast in Gettysburg, PA and I truly hope it is not my last!! What a beautiful venue!!! Everything took place at the Inn including the bride and groom prep. Since the bride and groom (Laura and Chris) did not want to see each other before the ceremony, we were able to orchestrate portraits outside for the groomsmen while she got ready just inside the main building. Then after the bridesmaids took their pics, it was off to the big barn to photograph the beautiful, rustic decor that was accompanied by string-lights throughout the building. STUNNING!!! And the best part about these lights…..we didn’t have to use flash during the reception which allowed for natural light during the action shots throughout the night. What can I say, ambient light makes me happy ☺ I loved shooting this wedding and I cannot wait to shoot at this venue again!!! Congratulations Laura and Chris! Thank you so much for selecting me as your photographer!!!
